As a first time buyer, I am very satisfied with my experience with Westin and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Bay Area.
I am happy to report that Westin was a key driver in helping me sell my home off-market. I highly recommend working with Westin--just give him a summary of your goals and let him get to work.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Westin as our realtor during our third home-buying experience, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outstanding service he provided.
I can't say enough great things about Westin. He did an excellent job helping us close on a house that was perfect for my family.
Westin was born in Berkeley, California, and has lived in Berkeley, Richmond, Albany, El Cerrito, Hayward, and has currently been in Oakland since 2014. He’s also lived in Marin County in Corte Madera where he attended Redwood High, and Kentfield where he went to middle school.
Westin attended Cal State East Bay where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Business Finance driven from a desire to help others build generational wealth, especially through real estate investing. Westin’s affinity for mathematics allows him to analyze deals and make the numbers work when it comes to buying or selling real estate. He is motivated to help improve his clients lives by truly understanding how to use real estate investments as a vehicle for creating generational wealth for their families.
Westin was previously a consultant in his family’s firm specializing in energy standards for new construction and renovation under the California Building Energy Code Part 6. He combines his knowledge of construction and energy standards to help clients identify potential problems with heating and cooling systems, insulation, and fenestration and how these systems may be improved to reduce energy costs and improve home values.
In his downtime, Westin enjoys playing soccer, spending time out in nature, trying new food, listening to different kinds of music, working out at the gym, boxing, chess, tennis, pickleball, and of course spending time with friends and family. But most of all, Westin enjoys helping people. His biggest passion is helping people create wealth and security for themselves and their families.
