Hey, I’m Westin. I’m a Bay Area native, born in Berkeley and raised in both the East Bay and Marin County. I later moved to Hayward to earn my B.S. in Business Finance from Cal State East Bay.
I once considered becoming a financial advisor, but I found my way into real estate instead—and loved it. It turned out to be a natural fit: a career where I could bring financial thinking to decisions that are also deeply personal.
Living in different parts of the Bay Area has given me a genuine appreciation for how much the character, culture and everyday experience can change from one community to the next. That local familiarity, combined with my financial perspective, is at the heart of how I advise my clients.
